Privacy Notice
This notice explains what personal data Physics Suite (operated by Amjid Mehmood) collects when you use cambridge.physics-suite.com or edexcel.physics-suite.com, and how it's used.
What we collect
- Account data: your email address and password (handled securely by our authentication provider, Supabase; we never see or store your raw password).
- Usage and progress data: which questions and units you've completed, scores, and study streaks — stored against your account so progress syncs across devices.
- Payment data: we do not collect or store any card or payment details. All payment processing is handled by Paddle.com Market Ltd, our Merchant of Record, who collect your billing information directly and provide us only with order confirmation, subscription status, and the email address used at checkout.
How we use it
- To provide access to the app and sync your progress across sessions and devices.
- To verify your subscription status and unlock paid content.
- To respond to support requests you send us.
We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising or share it with third parties beyond the service providers listed below.
Service providers
- Supabase (database and authentication) — stores your account and progress data securely.
- Paddle.com Market Ltd (payments) — processes payments as Merchant of Record and handles billing data under its own privacy policy, available at paddle.com.
- Hostinger (hosting) — hosts the application.
Data retention
We retain your account and progress data for as long as your account remains active. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing us.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us at support@physics-suite.com. We'll respond within a reasonable timeframe.
