Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Physics Suite, operated by Amjid Mehmood, trading as Physics Suite ("we", "us", "our"), accessible at physics-suite.com, cambridge.physics-suite.com, and edexcel.physics-suite.com.
1. Who you're contracting with
By purchasing a subscription, you are buying a service from Physics Suite. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com Market Ltd. Paddle.com Market Ltd is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries related to payments, invoicing, and refunds, and handles returns.
2. The service
Physics Suite provides digital IGCSE Physics revision applications for two exam boards: Cambridge (syllabus 0625) and Edexcel (specification 4PH1). Each app includes multiple-choice question banks, structured theory questions, interactive practical simulations, flashcards, and progress tracking tools.
3. Subscriptions
- Subscriptions are billed annually unless otherwise stated at checkout.
- A subscription unlocks full access to the relevant app (Cambridge or Edexcel) for the active subscription period.
- The first unit of content in each app is available free of charge without a subscription.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled beforehand. You can cancel at any time via the link in your confirmation email or receipt from Paddle, or by contacting us.
- Access is tied to your registered account. Sharing login credentials to circumvent subscription limits is not permitted.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to copy, redistribute, scrape, or resell any content from the apps. Accounts found to be in breach may be suspended without refund.
5. Availability
We aim to keep the apps available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not liable for losses arising from temporary downtime, maintenance, or factors outside our control.
6. Limitation of liability
The apps are study aids and are provided "as is". While we take care to ensure content accuracy, we do not guarantee specific exam outcomes or grades. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for your subscription.
7. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the apps after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
